Second Round of Funding Now Available through April 11, 2024 to Maine-based Businesses for Maine DECD Domestic Trade Grant Program

The Office of Business Development’s Domestic Trade has announced that a second round of funding is now available for Maine-based businesses operating in target industries to build capacity for increased sales of products and services. Applications for funding are open until Thursday, April 11th at 5:00 pm. The focus is to support businesses with efforts to drive sales through sales channel support, trade shows, marketing strategy, technical assistance/capacity building, and other trade assistance.

Eligible Industries

The program, being administered by the Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG), is open for applications, and the grants are open to businesses in pandemic-impacted industries across the state for activities that are directly related to increasing market reach and expanding sales activities.
