At the October 2, 2018 Town Council meeting, the Gorham Town Council voted to proclaim the Saturday after the Thanksgiving holiday as Small Business Saturday. This day is dedicated to supporting the diverse range of local businesses that help create jobs, boost the economy, and enhance neighborhoods around the country.
