South Street & Main Street Pedestrian Improvement Plan - 2023

The Town of Gorham is seeking contractors to preform concrete work on Main Street at the following intersections; Johnson Road, Tink Drive, Cumberland Lane and Joseph Drive and on South Street at the following intersections; Running Springs Road and Weeks Road. As well as curb extensions and parking additions on South Street from Gorham House of Pizza to Baxter Library. Sealed bids shall be submitted using the enclosed bid form. Bids shall either be hand delivered to Town Hall, or by US mail in sealed envelopes marked “South Street & Main Street Pedestrian Improvement Plan - 2023” and addressed to Ephrem Paraschak, Town Manager, 75 South Street, Suite 1, Gorham, ME 04038. Electronic bids shall not be accepted. Bids shall be received on or before Tuesday, March 14, 2023 10AM and at said time will be opened and read aloud. All correspondence shall be submitted electronically to Terry Deering, Public Works Director, at tdeering@gorham.me.us or Deputy Director, Jeff Grant @ jegrant@gorham.me.us

Questions regarding this bid/proposal shall be accepted until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 14, 2023.

The Town of Gorham reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, to accept any bid and to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. The Town of Gorham further reserves the right to cancel or amend this RFP at any time.
