Can I put leaves and brush at curbside?
No, leaves and brush wont be picked up at curbside. However, the Town will have the spring and fall brush drop off, two Saturdays in the spring and fall. We will put a notice of the dates and time in the Gorham Times, the Town of Gorham website and Facebook prior to the event.
Shaw Brothers will also accept brush at their H-Pit located off Route 237. Their telephone number at H-Pit is 892-6363. You should call to find out current pricing and when you can deliver your brush.
Gorham Public Works accepts leaves and grass clippings at any time, no appointment necessary. Residents may place the leaves and grass at the marked location to be composted by Public Works. **Please do not leave trash bags with the leaves and brush.
