Town employees are vital to the success of the Town’s ability to assist, serve, and protect the Gorham community and its citizens. The Human Resources Department supports and assists Town employees with the Town’s benefits and safety programs and works collaboratively with leadership to attract and retain good employees.  

Employees can access the Employee Portal for current benefits information and forms. The Department welcomes all employee questions regarding safety compliance, employee benefits, and any human resource issue.

The HR Department is located in the Town Manager’s Office and provides support to the Town Council and the Town Manager as directed by the Town Manager.

The HR Director is also the Town’s Public Access Officer.
