Due to global changes in the recycling market, the Town of Gorham is asking residents to be extra vigilant about items they put into their recycling bins.
Some common forms of recycling contamination are all plastic bags (grocery, trash, bread, frozen food, etc.), bubble wrap and other plastic film products, polystyrene foam (Styrofoam ®), toys, hoses, and trash.
