The Freedom of Access and Privacy Laws control the release of information held by government entities, including the Gorham Police Department. Balancing these restrictions with the public's right to know, the department will provide publicly releasable information.
Effective January 1st 2016, a new fee structure for copies of reports from this agency is effective as follows:
A $9.00, non-refundable deposit is required at the beginning of the report request process.

|Offense Reports||$15.00 for 10 pages (plus $0.50 per additional page)|
|Accident Reconstruction Reports||$150.00|
