Duties & Meetings
All Private Way, Subdivision, Major Site Plan and Special Exception applications are reviewed by the Planning Board.
The Board meets regularly on the first Monday of the month, unless it is a holiday; in which case, the regular meeting is scheduled for the second Monday of the month.
If warranted by the number of pending or newly submitted applications, a second monthly meeting may be called, typically for the third Monday of the month.
Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Gorham Municipal Center in the Council Chambers.

Planning Board members are appointed by the Town Council for a three (3) year term. The Board is comprised of up to 7 Members. Current members and their terms are displayed below.
