Narrative:
The Gorham Police Department and Gorham Fire Department are proud to announce that the Wreaths Across America Mobile Education Exhibit will be coming to the Gorham Public Safety Complex on November 13th, 2019. The Mobile Education Exhibit is a mini theater and computer lab. It provides people with the opportunity to learn about Wreaths Across America, it's history, opportunities to volunteer, sponsor wreaths, find cemeteries where they can volunteer, how to partner for group fundraising and even who to partner with at a particular location. The Mobile Education Exhibit will be open to the public in the Gorham Public Safety Complex back parking lot on November 13th from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Gorham Police Department has participated for the last four (4) years with the annual Wreaths Across America convoy from Maine to Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C. The Wreaths Across America convoy will be making a stop on December 9th at the Gorham High School. The Gorham Police Department and Gorham Fire Department would like to thank the Wreaths Across America for partnering with us to provide this educational opportunity to the community. We would like to specifically thank Volunteer Driver and Gorham resident Mr. Ken Duncan and Director of Education and Mobile Exhibit Coordinator Don Queeney.
