About
Town employees are vital to the success of the Town’s ability to assist, serve, and protect the Gorham community and its citizens. The Human Resources Department supports and assists Town employees with the Town’s benefits and safety programs and works collaboratively with leadership to attract and retain good employees.
Employees can access the Employee Portal for current benefits information and forms. The Department welcomes all employee questions regarding employee benefits, safety compliance, and other human resource issues.
The HR Department is located in the Town Manager’s Office on the first floor of the Municipal Center.
The Executive Assistant serves as the Town’s Public Access Officer.
