This Compliment & Complaint Form may be used to notify the Gorham Police Department of incidents that deserve officer recognition, and/or officers actions that you feel need to be brought to the attention of the Police Department Administration.

This form, however, does not constitute as a Formal Complaint.  Please return to the Compliments & Complaints page for steps to be taken to file a Formal Complaint.
