The Gorham Planning Board’s Ordinance Subcommittee will hold a workshop on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Planning Office, Room 251, second floor of the Gorham Municipal Center, 75 South Street, Gorham, Maine.
WORKSHOP AGENDA ITEMS
ITEM 1 Land Use and Development Code Amendment: Amendment to Chapter 1: Zoning Regulations, Section 1-8, Rural District, to add Agricultural Events Centers as a permitted use and to redefine Agricultural buildings to allow replacement or addition of Agricultural Buildings.
ITEM 2 Land Use and Development Code Amendment: Amendment to Chapter 1: Zoning Regulations, Section 1-14, Office Residential District, to allow Retail Sales having a gross floor area of less than 4,000 square feet in the Office Residential District, with a traditional New England Village design consistent with the recently updated Comprehensive Plan.
