The Town of Gorham is accepting applications for the position of Summer Camp Director during the months of June through August. This is a temporary position averaging 40 hours per week.

Town of Gorham’s Recreation Department is seeking an energetic, patient,and enthusiastic individual to supervise all Camp Counselors and Councilors-in-training. The ideal candidate must have the ability to connect with various age groups K through Middle School, to plan safe and exciting activities for summer camp participants, to manage children’s behavior in an appropriate manner and to provide timely follow-up with parents. Prior experience working with children required and experience supervising employees preferred.
