Polling places open June 13, 2017 at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 pm.
Ward 1-1: Gorham Middle School - 106 Weeks Road
Ward 1-2: Little Falls Activity Center - 40 Acorn Street
Ward 2: Shaw Gym, Gorham Municipal Center - 75 South Street (Parking at end of Access Rd. & Ballpark Rd.)

  • Can I register to vote today, Election Day? Yes - be sure to have an I.D. showing your Gorham residence address. Proper I.D. could be a Maine Drivers License, car registration, utility bill or an envelope that has gone through the mail to you at your Gorham address. P.O. Box addresses cannot be accepted.
  • Where can I register to vote? You can fill out a voter registration card at the Town Clerk's Office in the Municipal building located at 75 South Street, Suite 1.
  • When does my voter absentee ballot have to be received by the clerk? To be counted, the Clerk must receive a voter absentee ballot delivered to the Town Clerk's office by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.  Any absentee ballots received after this time will not be counted.
  • What are the qualified parties in Maine? Democrat, Green Independent, Libertarian, Republican.
    • Please note that the State of Maine does not have an Independent party. If a voter chooses not to be enrolled in one of the above qualified parties, their status is considered "Unenrolled" not "Independent".
