Confirmations are not sent.  Consider your child(ren) enrolled in the program of your choice when you send in a completed registration form and payment.  Many programs have limited enrollments, and may fill up.  If so, you will be called and placed on a
waiting list.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FAXED REGISTRATIONS.

Scholarships are available on a limited basis; however, not all programs qualify for assistance.  It is the philosophy of Gorham Recreation that every child, regardless of financial situation, have the opportunity to enjoy and participate in our programs offered.  If you are financially unable to enroll your child in one of the offered programs, you may be eligible for a scholarship.  Scholarship applications are available for pick up at the recreation Office or the Gorham Municipal Center.  (All requests will be held in confidence.)  Note: Only Gorham residents are eligible for the scholarship program.
Refunds will be made payable in the form of a check.  Processing of refund checks may take up to 2 weeks.
100% Refund: If program is cancelled by Gorham Recreation:
all but $15 if participant withdraws prior to the first session
50% Refund:    Participant withdrawal prior to second session
No Refund:     Participant withdrawal after second session
Waiting Lists will be maintained in the event that a program is filled.  If a  space does become available, a member of the Recreation Department will contact you to inquire whether your child is still interested in participating.
