PRIVATE ROAD
RELEASE and WAIVER
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that I/we,______________________ _______________________ owner(s) of property located at ____________________________ am/are a resident(s) of the Town of Gorham in the County of Cumberland and State of Maine, hereby authorize the Town of Gorham (“Town”), its agents and contractors to access the private road, ____________________________________ on which our property is located, for solid waste pick up.
In addition, I/we, ______________________________________, hereby waive all claims against the Town, its agents and contractors for property damage to the aforementioned private road resulting from the authorized access of the Town, its agents and contractors.
