	This Compliment & Complaint Form may be used to notify the Gorham Police Department of incidents that deserve officer recognition and/or officers actions that you feel need to be brought to the attention of the Police Department Administration. This form however does not constitute a FORMAL COMPLAINT. Please return to "The Complaint Process" and "Filing a Complaint" for steps to be taking to file a Formal Complaint.
