The Feedom of Access and Privacy Laws control the release of information held by government entities, including the Gorham Police Department. Balancing these restrictions with the public's right to know, the department will provide publicly releasable information.
The fee for copies of reports is $9.00 for the first page, and $1.50 for each additional page. The reports will not be released until payment has been received.
