The Board may also hold a second meeting in the month if warranted by the number of pending applications. *The Deadline for submission of new or revised applications and plans does not automatically guarantee that an applicant will be placed on the next Planning Board Agenda.  For that reason, applicants are encouraged to submit new and revised submissions as early as possible.  Only those applications for which all required information (as set forth in the Land Use and Development Code) has been submitted and for which a full staff review has been completed (before the Agenda Scheduling date), will be considered eligible for the next Planning Board Agenda.
