RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CABLE TV COMMITTEE
The Cable TV Committee is responsible for making policy recommendations concerning access television and it's operations to the Gorham Town Council. The Cable TV Committee is also responsible for implementing the policies after approval by the Town Council. The Cable TV Committee will monitor actions between the Town of Gorham and the Cable Provider. The Cable TV Committee will be active in any regular or reopened negotiations with the franchise agreement and monitor any changes in the Cable Providers operations. The Cable TV Committee will act as mediator in actions and complaints from the citizens of Gorham in relationship to the access tv station. The Gorham Cable Committee is responsible for recommendations concerning utilization and allocation of resources.
