NOTE: Please give as much advance notice when requesting inspections
We require a minimum of 24 hour notice
Foundations:
prior to backfilling (waterproofing must be completed
and all drains and rocks in place).
Framing
(can be combined with electrical and/or plumbing rough-in inspection)
Electrical (Service & Rough In)
All underground service prior to backfill
Plumbing All before closing in walls - All drainage should be completed and under pressure. (including basement)
External Wastewater System ( Septic or Sewer)
1. Scarification of bed bottom
(unless installer is State Certified and has completed waiver)
2. Prior to backfilling.
Final Inspection
(Issuance of Occupancy Pemit)
