The Gorham Planning Board will meet on Monday, March 3, 2003 at 7:00 P.M. in the Gorham High School Auditorium, 41 Morrill Avenue, Gorham, Maine.

1.      APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  FEBRUARY 3, 2003

2.      GRAVEL PIT  “LEWRY GRAVEL PIT”  off FORT HILL ROAD - R.J. GRONDIN & SONS, INC.

PUBLIC HEARING

Request for approval for a new 23.5-acre gravel pit off Fort Hill Road and Mighty Street on land of Lewry, Walker, and Grant. Zoned Rural / Shoreland Zoning; Map 83/Lots 13, 4 & 4.007.

3.      SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT  “RIVERWOOD SUBDIVISION”  off SEBAGO LAKE ROAD - S. B GORHAM, INC.

Request for amendment of Plan Note #8 on the approved Riverwood Subdivision Plan.  Zoned Rural; Map 72/Lots 25.003, .002 & .001

4.      SUBDIVISION PLAN/SITE PLAN   “RIVERWOOD SUBDIVISION ” / MOUNTAIN DIVISION CONNECTOR TAIL - off SEBAGO LAKE ROAD/ PARTRIDGE LANE  TOWN OF GORHAM & MAINE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Request for subdivision amendment and site plan approval to allow construction of a recreational trail across Lot 33 in the Riverwood Subdivision on land of S. B.-Gorham, Inc. Zoned Rural; Map 72/Lots 25.003.

5.      PRIVATE WAY - “PERKINS WAY”  off 134 SEBAGO LAKE ROAD - TODD PERKINS

Request for approval of a 350 private way to serve 1 lot off 134 Sebago Lake Road on land of Perkins.  Zoned Rural; Map 69/Lot 37.

6.      PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION  “CARRIAGE HILL ESTATES”  off 60 WATERHOUSE ROAD  SANTO & GINA AND FRANK & CHERYL DiDONATO

Request for preliminary subdivision approval of a 5-lot subdivision with 1,041 private way on 19.65 acres located off Waterhouse Road on land of Labrecque. Zoned Rural; Map 18/Lot 9.
7.      PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE  INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION  off 685 MAIN STREET, BARTLETT AND LAURENCE ROADS - R. J. GRONDIN & SONS, INC.

Discuss a proposal for a 5-lot industrial subdivision on a 26-acre parcel with frontage along Main Street/Route 25, Bartlett and Laurence Roads on land of Rines. Zoned Industrial & Roadside Commercial, Map 12, Lot 26.
